Meet Pazz: Jason Pazzaglia“Hi, I’m Jason Pazzaglia, a custom home builder located in East Lyme, CT. I grew up in this town and have strong ties to this community and the surrounding towns in Southeastern Connecticut. That’s why I cam back here to live and work after graduating from Western New England College in Springfield, MA. I could have chosen to build homes anywhere, but this is where my roots are. This is where I am driven to build the finest custom homes possible, for one client at a time.

I’ve always been passionate about building. I started out in the business by working summer construction jobs while in high school and college. After graduating in 1999, I worked for a few builders in the area and gained invaluable hands-on experience. In 2002, I started my own company, Pazz Construction, because I wanted to have complete control over the labor and material resources utilized on each project. The finance degree I earned from WNEC has enabled me to run a thriving and successful construction company, despite the current economic challenges.

My name, my reputation, my pride… it all gets attached to the homes I build. I simply won’t take short-cuts to maximize profit. The homes I build are my legacy… they will be standing long after I’m gone.”

Benefits of working with us:

 We Employ a Permanent Staff

 We Own Our Equipment

Good Working Relationship with Town Officials

We Employ a Permanent Staff

Pazz Construction has its own staff of qualified builders. Our history of steady work and exciting projects instills a sense of loyalty and commitment in our team. I count on them daily to deliver superior results and they simply do not disappoint.

In addition to our team, we have built a network of qualified and reliable professional tradesmen, on whom we can source to get our projects done on time and within budget.

We Own Our Equipment

There are no delays waiting for construction equipment to show up because we own our equipment. We have control over scheduling and make sure the equipment is where it’s supposed to be on any given day.

We keep detailed records on all our equipment to ensure maintenance is performed according to schedule. Preventative maintenance helps ensure our equipment is in the best working order possible, preventing unnecessary construction delays due to repairs and down-time.

Good Working Relationship with Town Officials

We have established good working relationships with town engineers and building inspectors. We understand the building code in our surrounding towns and prepare our blueprints accordingly.

Building permits are obtained on a timely basis, ensuring your project gets off to a smooth start. Periodic inspections from building inspectors also run smoothly because we know the code. We anticipate what they look for and ensure the requirements are met up front thereby avoiding many potential delays.
