There are no delays waiting for construction equipment to show up because we own our equipment. We have control over scheduling and make sure the equipment is where it's supposed to be on any given day.

We keep detailed records on all our equipment to ensure maintenance is performed according to schedule. Preventative maintenance helps ensure our equipment is in the best working order possible, preventing unnecessary construction delays due to repairs and down-time.

We have established good working relationships with town engineers and building inspectors. We understand the building code in our surrounding towns and prepare our blueprints accordingly.

Building permits are obtained on a timely basis, ensuring your project gets off to a smooth start. Periodic inspections from building inspectors also run smoothly because we know the code. We anticipate what they look for and ensure the requirements are met up front thereby avoiding many potential delays.
